In-House Content Producer: Photo & Video

Geotrek builds premium Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van conversions for people who take the outdoors seriously. We’re hiring a hands‑on Content Producer to capture our vans, our builds, and our people through photo and video, with work that lives across our website, social, paid campaigns, and email.

You’ll shoot, edit, and deliver. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with the broader marketing team and our production floor. We’re hiring part‑time to start, with a clear path to full‑time as the role and fit prove out.

What You’ll Do

Produce photo and video content of our vans across every stage of the build, plus lifestyle, owner, and brand storytelling

Edit and deliver assets ready for web, social, paid, and email, on a cadence that keeps marketing fed

Shoot team headshots, build documentation, and event coverage as needed

Work directly with our production foreman and floor team to plan shoots around the build schedule

Maintain a clean, organized asset library so nothing gets lost or re‑shot

Bring ideas: you’ll have real creative latitude within a premium brand we protect carefully

What We’re Looking For
Must‑Haves

Strong portfolio demonstrating both photo and video production and editing

A self‑starter who chases down answers and solves problems intuitively

Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, imperfect, constantly‑shifting environment

An eye that matches a premium brand: clean, intentional, aspirational, and free of van‑life clichés

Proficiency in your editing stack (Premiere/Final Cut, Lightroom/Photoshop, or equivalent)

Boulder/Denver‑area based and able to be on‑site regularly (this is hands‑on, in‑person work)

Bonus

Experience shooting vehicles, products, or anything that benefits from controlled lighting

Familiarity with the outdoor, overlanding, and van‑life world, with the taste to elevate it rather than lean on its tropes

Comfort coordinating your own shoot logistics end to end

Rate: $50 per hour, commensurate with experience
