Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of a standardized global pricing strategy across Tuboscope Inspection, Corrosion Control, and Thread Protector product lines
Establish and maintain global and regional price books, pricing governance, and approval processes
Partner with Operations, Product Line Management, Sales, and Finance teams to align pricing strategies with market conditions, operational realities, and business objectives
Develop pricing models, methodologies, and mechanisms to improve profitability while maintaining market competitiveness
Analyze pricing trends, customer behavior, margin performance, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities and risks
Support strategic initiatives related to market expansion, product introductions, and commercial optimization
Drive pricing consistency and discipline across business units, regions, and product lines
Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies for key accounts, contracts, and commercial opportunities
Monitor pricing performance metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
Lead pricing reviews and margin improvement initiatives across the organization
Develop and maintain pricing analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
Ensure pricing data integrity and support implementation of pricing processes within ERP and commercial systems
Work closely with the Sales Process Coordinator, ensuring effective execution of pricing support activities
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on commercial excellence and pricing effectiveness
Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis and strategic support as required
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, sales, strategy, commercial operations, or related business functions
Experience within the OCTG, Drill Stem, oilfield services, or industrial products industry preferred
Experience developing pricing strategies and managing complex product or service portfolios preferred
Combination of experience across sales, pricing, and strategy functions strongly preferred
Experience working in a global or multi-regional organization preferred
Technical Competencies
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel capabilities required
Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, or similar platforms preferred
Experience with business intelligence and pricing analytics tools preferred
Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, margin management, and commercial analytics
Ability to interpret large data sets and develop actionable business recommendations
