Remote Music Customer Support Specialist

Five Star Solutions is hiring remote customer service agents to support J.W. Pepper, the largest US sheet music retailer. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions through calls, email, and chat to ensure satisfaction and provide solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and technical savvy.
Starting pay is $14/hr, with potential shift differentials and benefits after 60 days. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
