Role Summary

As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you support the CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and maintaining the highest health and safety standards. You work alongside the Studio Manager to achieve company and studio‑level goals, learning the business and developing the skill set to operate a studio.
Studio Presence – Guiding the Student Experience

Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga’s Core Values and consistently inspire these values in others.
Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment.
Maintain a flexible schedule of 18–29 hours per week in the studio, including operations coordination, teaching (if certified), health and safety protocol execution, front desk guidance, and team support.
Act as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is not present, up to 20 hours per week.
Manage studio supply inventory to ensure all provisions and amenities are available for students at all times.
Engage and know your studio community, greet students by name, serve as an ambassador of yoga inside and outside the studio, and foster community at the front desk.
Support teachers in learning to work the POS and other pre/post‑class duties.
Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol

Uphold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality in the studio, ensuring a safe environment, optimal heat and humidity, inspiring music, and clutter‑free surroundings.
Communicate Smart Health Protocol to students upon entry and throughout their visit.
Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET) by cleaning the studio, stocking amenities, and following the CPY cleanliness protocol while on duty.
Interview SET applicants, hire SET employees, schedule shifts, step in for no‑call
o‑shows, train, discipline, and terminate SET employees who violate policies.
Lead orientation for new SET members and train them on cleanliness protocol and role expectations.
Studio Systems

Act as liaison between the Studio Manager and teaching and SET teams to coordinate operational systems such as POS, online reservation, subbing application, HRIS, and help desk.
Navigate POS to sign students in, sell packages, correct student account issues, and manage late cancellation fees and waitlists.
Submit facility tickets and communicate follow‑up needs to the Studio Manager.
Teaching Schedule

Teach a minimum of six CorePower Yoga classes per week and support the studio by subbing additional classes as needed.
Skills & Experience

Excellent oral communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service.
Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200‑hour program (preferred).
Yoga Sculpt teacher training (preferred).
Comfortable with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling, and payroll systems.
Ability to build relationships with diverse personalities and seniority levels.
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can prioritize work under multiple deadlines.
Proven self‑starter with initiative and enthusiasm for new projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent time‑management skills.
College degree (BA/BS) preferred.
The Fine Print

Availability must match business needs: morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday shifts.
Must be able to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
If certified to teach, must be able to step in to teach a class with little or no notice while scheduled.

$24.50 per hour
