What You’ll Be Doing
Building Customer Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing SME clients

Gain an understanding of customer shipping behaviours and identify opportunities for improvement

Deliver a high level of personalised service and ongoing support

Training & Development

Complete a comprehensive 12‑month development programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning

Learn through a blend of residential training, classroom sessions, shadowing, and hands‑on field coaching

Account Management

Support clients post‑onboarding, assisting with pricing, billing, queries, and service enhancementsPosition yourself as a trusted advisor, solving problems effectively and collaboratively

Performance & Career Progression

Earn lifetime commission on all accounts you manage
