Business Development Manager – Restoration 1 North Fort Worth

What You’ll Do
Build Relationships: Meet with current and prospective clients one-on-one and at organized events to foster trust and drive referrals.
Own Your Schedule: Manage your own time and territory to maximize face-to-face interaction with high-value referral sources.
Drive Revenue: Focus on developing relationships, closing opportunities, and handing off the work to our skilled production team.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Create Strategy: Develop outreach strategies, marketing presentations, and onboarding plans tailored to your territory.
Support Clients: Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and integrity while communicating the value of our services.

Qualifications
Experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Ability to travel locally and represent our brand at meetings, events, and networking functions.
