Marketing and Communications Specialist

This position writes, develops, and designs content for a variety of Community Education marketing vehicles and publications, including but not limited to website, social media, catalogs, flyers, etc.

Responsibilities

Writes, develops, and designs content for a variety of Community Education marketing vehicles and publications, including but not limited to website, social media, catalogs, flyers, etc.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a 2-year certification in communication, graphic design, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the District.

Three (3) years' experience in a similar position/essential duties of the position.

Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Communications or marketing, community education, or related field.

Experience in budget supervision.

Knowledge of Community Education relevant statutes, rules, and policies.

Experience with video production and editing.

Experience with digital photography and editing.

Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
