SBA Relationship Manager
We are currently seeking a SBA Relationship Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities

Originate and manage SBA loan relationships while maintaining a strong portfolio

Assess borrower creditworthiness through financial analysis and due diligence

Structure, negotiate, and present loan packages for approval

Ensure compliance with SBA guidelines and internal policies

Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk, including past‑due accounts

Serve as primary client contact and cross‑sell banking solutions

Develop new business through COIs, brokers, and networking

Maintain accurate reporting and stay current on market and regulatory changes

Collaborate internally and participate in community engagement and ongoing training

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of experience in SBA or commercial lending

Strong knowledge of SBA programs (7(a), 504) and related regulations

Proven ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk

Experience structuring and closing complex loan transactions

Strong business development and relationship management skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
