Medical Editor (US Shift)

Title: Medical Editor

Location: Work from home

Shift:

US Shift- 6:30PM to 3:30AM

Mandatory skills: 3+ yrs in Medical Editing, AMA Guidelines, Promotional Content, excellent communication.

The Medical Editor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of medical and promotional materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail and an understanding of industry regulations to maintain compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience in

medical editing, scientific editing,

medical communications, healthcare content, or pharmaceutical content review.

Strong knowledge of

AMA Style Guide and medical editorial standards.

Experience reviewing scientific publications, promotional materials, slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, or healthcare communication content.

Excellent written communication, proofreading,

and attention-to-detail skills.

Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience within medical communications agencies, pharmaceutical organizations, healthcare communications, or scientific publishing environments.

Familiarity with

promotional review

processes and healthcare industry compliance requirements.

Experience working with both digital and print content production workflows.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, and account stakeholders.

Must be comfortable working in US shift timings.
