OverviewThe Junior Account Manager will support the Account Management team by assisting with client communications, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring service quality within the oil and gas sector. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to grow in a client-facing environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist senior account managers in managing day-to-day client communication and service deliveryRespond to routine client inquires and escalete issues as needed.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholdersUnderstand client needs and align company services to meet those requirementsCoordinate internally with operations, recruiting, and support teams to ensure service deliveryMaintain accurate documentation and client records in CRM or account management toolsQualifications1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management experience required (preferably in oil and gas).Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); CRM experience is a plusDetail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsWillingness to travel occasionally to client sites if needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
