Your responsibilities include:Relationship Building & OutreachMeet regularly with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, senior ministries, and other healthcare professionalsPromote awareness of our services and Medicare home health guidelinesConduct community education and public speaking engagementsProgram Development & Quality SupportResearch, design, and implement new programs to enhance service qualityAddress concerns from clients, families, and healthcare partnersMonitor quality assurance issues and communicate updatesPlanning & ReportingSubmit weekly Community Education Pre-PlansProvide Quarterly Action Plans and Prospect ListsMaintain budget awareness and obtain approval for overagesServe on at least two agency committees annuallyTeam SupportAssist with new hire orientationSupport office operations when neededThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, educating the community, and representing a mission-driven organization.QualificationsDegree in marketing, health, or related field OR licensure as a medical professionalMinimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, public relations, or clinical practiceStrong communication skills with families, patients, physicians, and healthcare facilitiesProfessional, friendly demeanorExcellent verbal/written communication, organization, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyScheduleThis is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).Ready to Join Us?We value your time, so our application process is quick and simple.
