We span from the Mid-Atlantic through the Midwest with 27 offices and a footprint in 15 states.Position SummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to generate quality leads that result in product demonstrations and sales through outstanding customer service, product knowledge and professionalism by representing the company at residential door-to-door initiatives.Essential FunctionsCompletes weeklong training classMemorizes all pertinent scripts and rebuttalsGenerates quality leads that result in demonstrations while maintaining expectations detailed belowCreates awareness of products and promotions to prospects through face to face interactionBecomes a brand ambassador by communicating our company's message in a professional mannerEngages with the public to meet or exceed setting 6 written leads per weekKeeps marketing materials clean, organized and presentable at all timesContacts Marketing Development Manager and or Team Leader at the end of every shift and provides performance update for the day's workSecondary FunctionsAdheres to all company procedures, policies and expectationsComplies with all Safety policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned to further business needsAbilities and Physical DemandsMust have excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to use and operate an IPAD. Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time while performing residential door-to-door. Must be able to withstand exposure to hot and cold temperatures, changing weather conditions and different air quality levels while working out in the field.Education and Other RequirementsHigh School Diploma and/or General Education Degree (GED) and/or must be 18 years of age.Work EnvironmentMay be exposed to many different lightings, temperature, weather conditions, and air quality levels while in the field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
