Reliable personal transportation is necessary, as the role may involve travel between locations or off‑site activities. This is a great opportunity for a self‑starter who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesCreate and update marketing materials using Canva (flyers, social posts, presentations, etc.)Support day‑to‑day marketing activities across multiple channelsCoordinate content updates and basic reporting using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Help manage social media posting and light content schedulingAssist with event coordination, promotions, or off‑site marketing activities as neededCollaborate with internal teams to support ongoing projects and deadlinesAdapt quickly to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as assignedMaintain organized files, assets, and marketing documentationTravel between locations or attend off‑site activities when requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience using Canva to create marketing and promotional materialsStrong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitaskCreative mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to adapt quickly and take on a variety of responsibilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsReliable personal transportation and willingness to travel between locations as neededAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentWho We Are:Thompson Hospitality is one of the largest restaurants, food service, and facilities management companies in the country.
