Job SummaryRose City SportsNet has an immediate opening for a Sports Photographer/Editor. This position will help craft highly produced, visually engaging sports content that highlights our connection to the community. You will work in close coordination with key leaders at Gray Local Media's FOX and RAJ Sports, the ownership group of the Portland Fire (WNBA) and the Portland Thorns (NWSL).Duties / ResponsibilitiesExecute multi-camera shoots and cinematic lighting, with focus on clean audio and strong compositionShoot and edit high-quality video and interviewsEdit in both quick-turn and long-form formats, building sequences that are cohesive, compelling, and visually dynamicCollaborate closely with Executive Producer and On-Air talent to shape a visual narrative and support impactful storytellingUse creative camera techniques, drone footage, and thoughtful b-roll to enhance pacing and emotional depthOrganize and manage media, maintain gear, and stay on top of post-production workflowsHelp integrate RCSN content into FOX newscasts to enhance promotion to a wider audienceQualifications / RequirementsBachelor's degree in Journalism or related field preferredMinimum of two years' experience shooting and editing in a newsroom or documentary-style settingStrong storytelling instincts and an eye for detail in both photography and editingExperience with lighting, audio, and DSLR or ENG-style camerasAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with athletic schedulesGood driving record#J-18808-Ljbffr
