Location: New YorkPOSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition, expanding existing client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities for PWX Solutions. This position requires a results-driven individual who can translate market insights into actionable plans, cultivate high-level relationships, and align solutions with client needs. This individual will work cross-functionally across departments and leadership to execute strategic initiatives and to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and service offeringsDevelop and execute strategies to generate leads and successfully convert them into long-term clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordinglyCraft and deliver compelling pitches and proposals that clearly communicate value propositionsAttend industry events and conferences to expand the company's presence and stay informed on market trendsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiativesTrack, analyze, and report on pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to leadershipEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSProven experience in business development, sales, or account management within marketing services, publishing, media, or related industriesAbility to quickly learn and effectively articulate PWX Solutions' service offerings and value propositionStrong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and client relationship managementExcellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applicationsEntrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach#J-18808-Ljbffr
