Rare Disease Account Manager (RAM) — Immunology Autoantibody Diseases (Field-based)Territory: Phoenix South, Tucson, and New MexicoKey Responsibilities Consistently achieve/exceed sales objectives within the Local Healthcare Market (LHM); meet or exceed forecasts.Own the total market: develop and execute strategy to identify patient opportunity, drive demand, and remove fulfillment barriers.Align with internal field partners (TLL, ABS, FRM, KAM, MSL) to meet business goals.Build LHM‑specific business and account plans to drive growth.Use approved marketing resources to demonstrate clinical value; use payer acumen to support patient access/affordability.Analyze qualitative/quantitative market data to identify opportunities and priorities.Lead LHM strategy (quarterback): collaborate with cross‑functional field partners and ensure priorities.Pursue formulary status for key health systems/centers of excellence; influence stakeholders to drive adoption.Build relationships with LHM partners (e.g., infusion service providers).Support educational initiatives; manage territory budget.Develop future thought leaders with TLL; execute work with high compliance and model JJIM Values.Required Qualifications BA/BS5+ years pharmaceutical field sales; 3+ years specialty sales and/or key account managementCollaborative selling ability; high clinical/product/business acumenProven track record of high sales performance and leadershipPlanning/organizing/executing sales strategy; adaptable to changeTravel up to 75%Live in the geography and/or willing to relocatePreferred Qualifications Experience with managed care/large institutions or equivalent account managementRare disease experience (neurology/hematology)Ability to prioritize business drivers and align partners to overcome themPeer leadership/mentorship/coaching; superior communication and follow‑throughRequired Skills Account management, business development, sales strategy planning, resource allocation, revenue management, sales trend analysis, strategic thinking, team management, technical credibilityPreferred Skills Coaching, customer centricity, interpersonal influence, market knowledge, pharmaceutical industry/pharmaceutical sales & marketing, presentation design, process improvements, product marketing sales, rare diseases#J-18808-Ljbffr
