Job Description:Edit and finish high-impact short-form and long-form video content with strong pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and brand consistencyLead day-to-day editing operations including project assignments, quality control, feedback, and delivery timelinesDesign, implement, and optimize AI-assisted production workflows utilizing generative video, image, and audio toolsBuild and maintain prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, and repeatable systems that improve production efficiency and qualityMentor and develop junior editors through coaching, creative direction, and ongoing feedbackPartner with marketing and creative leadership to execute a consistent visual style aligned with business objectivesManage freelance editors and external creative partners as neededStay ahead of emerging AI tools and trends, identifying opportunities to improve output and workflow efficiencyDrive continuous improvement across editing standards, production systems, and creative processesRequirements:5+ years of professional video editing experience, including senior-level or leadership responsibilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or comparable editing softwareStrong visual design skills with an eye for composition, typography, motion, and storytellingHands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, HeyGen, Kling, Veo, Seedance, or similar platformsProven success building workflows and systems that improve creative efficiency and outputExperience leading, mentoring, or managing editorsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsExperience creating content for both organic and paid marketing channelsStrong prompt engineering capabilities and practical AI implementation experienceExperience with sound design and color gradingBenefits:Health insurance401(k) matchingFlexible work hoursPaid time offProfessional development opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
