You'll manage the full campaign lifecycle from planning and copywriting through launch, optimization, and reporting.This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves building, launching, and improving marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, skilled project manager, curious adopter of AI, and data‑driven marketer who takes ownership, moves quickly, and consistently delivers results. They are constantly looking for ways to use AI and automation to work smarter, move faster, and improve outcomes.Compensation: $80,000‑$90,000 depending on experience.Primary Responsibilities & ExpectationsCampaign Management & Demand GenerationPlan, build, execute, and optimize multi‑channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid advertising, social media, content, webinars, and eventsOwn the full campaign lifecycle from strategy and copywriting through launch, reporting, and optimizationWrite, build, and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot while maintaining a consistent campaign cadenceConduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and campaign flows to improve performanceLeverage AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, content development, audience research, reporting, and workflow efficiencyContent & MessagingProduce high‑quality marketing copy for emails, landing pages, blogs, downloadable resources, webinars, social media, and sales enablement materialsDevelop and maintain a content calendar aligned to business priorities and buyer journeysCollaborate with product, sales, and marketing leadership to ensure messaging clearly communicates customer value and market differentiationWebinars, Events & PartnershipsOwn webinar execution from planning through post‑event follow‑up, including registration pages, promotion, hosting, reporting, and on‑demand distributionManage conference and event marketing activities, including campaign setup, pre‑ and post‑event communications, lead management, and performance trackingCoordinate partner marketing initiatives including co‑hosted webinars, guest content, advertising placements, and shared campaignsBuild and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and industry organizations to expand reach and create new opportunitiesSocial Media & Brand ExecutionManage Protection & Benefits social channels, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and reputation managementPartner with the design team to develop compelling campaign assets that align with brand standardsAnalytics & PerformanceTrack and report on campaign performance across all channels with a focus on pipeline, MQLs, conversion rates, and revenue impactAnalyze campaign results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve performanceRegularly review performance with sales and marketing leadership to align priorities and optimize resultsMarketing Operations & Team SupportManage ClickUp as the team's project management system, ensuring campaigns stay organized and on schedulePerform lead review and routing activities to support timely sales follow‑up and data qualityTrack marketing spend and budget utilization, ensuring visibility into campaign investments and performanceAccess to a private & secure workspace, free from distractionsAccessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisorAn internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)Skills And Qualifications5‑7 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or a related B2B marketing roleExperience in the insurance industry is a plus, particularly working with independent agencies, brokers, or related financial services organizationsProven ability to run the full campaign lifecycle independently — from strategy and copy through execution and reportingStrong HubSpot proficiency (email, workflows, landing pages, reporting); experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plusExperience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation, campaign execution, research, and productivityExcellent writer — comfortable producing first drafts of emails, blogs, social posts, and sales collateral without heavy oversightComfortable presenting and hosting live webinars and virtual eventsAn analytical mindset with the ability to pull insights from campaign data and translate them into actionHighly organized, self‑directed, and calm under the pressure of competing deadlinesAt FMG, we believe in the wholehearted acceptance of each other regardless of our differences.
