Understory seeks a motivated Account Manager to join our Madison, WI team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Sales and Underwriting to rapidly attain new accounts, strengthen senior-level relationships, and drive revenue through renewals.

As an Account Manager at Understory, you’ll support expanding relations with distinguished clientele. Your role goes beyond traditional client service functions because customer success at Understory is about being the voice of clients and brokerage partners within our organization.
