Senior Web Developer

Position Summary

The Senior Web Developer serves as the technical lead for enterprise web platforms, public websites, Drupal environments, and SharePoint-based solutions supporting NICHD business operations and public-facing digital services.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of Drupal websites hosted in Azure.

Design and develop responsive web applications using USWDS standards.

Support SharePoint Online and SharePoint Subscription Edition solutions.

Develop CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Cypress, and related tools.

Implement accessibility and Section 508 requirements.

Support integration with NIH enterprise systems and authentication platforms.

Perform code reviews and ensure quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

4+ years leading web development teams.

5+ years supporting grants and council-related applications.

5+ years experience with Drupal 8/9/10/11, Azure, SharePoint 2016/2019/SE/SPO, MVC 5, jQuery, and Nintex K2.

3+ years React experience.

3+ years USWDS experience.

Experience with claims-based authentication.

Experience developing SQL Server and Oracle stored procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

NIH website experience.

Azure DevOps certifications.

Experience with Search.gov and Google Analytics.
