Social Media Video Content Editor

GrowGetters Marketing Agency is looking for a Social Media Video Content Editor to join our team. This role will work directly with our Social Media Strategist and content team to turn ideas into high-performing video content across social platforms. We’re looking for someone who can not only edit but understands storytelling, pacing, and what performs on social media.
Responsibilities

Edit short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, Eurostaffs, Facebook)
Work directly with our strategist to bring content ideas to life
Create engaging hooks, pacing, captions, and edits designed for retention
Repurpose long‑form content into multiple short‑form clips
Add captions, music, transitions, and graphics
Ensure content is optimized for each platform
Organize and manage video files and deliverables
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media video editing
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Eurostaffs content formats
Proficiency in CapCut preferred
Ability to take direction and execute quickly with attention to detail
Strong storytelling and editing instincts
Must have a portfolio of social media video work to apply (required)
Compensation & Benefits

Pay per project basis (or $25.22 per hour).
Benefits: Flexible schedule.
