Associate Photographer - Philadelphia, PA

Role Overview
Associate Photographer at CoStar Group will create virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. The role involves scanning homes with Matterport Pro 3, photographing residential properties, and occasionally ensuring commercial data coverage.

Responsibilities

Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro 3 cameras.

Take high‑quality photographs for marketing of residential homes and apartments.

Schedule and attend client appointments, maximizing overall coverage.

Use digital camera equipment and iPad to produce photographs and floor plans.

Maintain commercial real‑estate data coverage by navigating one‑mile grids when not photographing.

Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research, and management teams.

Follow CoStar safety standards and vehicle equipment protocols.

Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real‑estate photography.

Proficiency in using Matterport Pro 3 cameras and digital photography equipment.

Active FAA Part 107 drone pilot license (to be obtained within 30 days of offer).

Strong time‑management, detail orientation, and organizational skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently, drive, and work rotating weekend shifts.

Field experience preferred.

Compensation
Hourly position with bonus‑eligible component. Hourly wage equivalent to $49,000–$50,000 annually based on relevant skills and experience.
