Area Director of Sales & Marketing - Hospitality Leader

HRI Hospitality is looking for an Area Director of Sales in Nashville to lead the sales and marketing team. This role involves developing strategies aimed at increasing market share and revenue, as well as overseeing the day-to-day sales activities of the team.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years in a similar role. Prior experience with hotel PMS and strong leadership skills are essential to guide and mentor the sales team effectively.
