About the Role
The Associate Director provides clinical, administrative, and operational oversight for TAP Programs under the supervision of the Program Director. This role is responsible for managing staff, overseeing service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining program quality and fiscal accountability.
Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Service Delivery
Oversee intake and screening processes to ensure appropriate enrollment and payer identification
Supervise assessments, reassessments, and eligibility determinations
Oversee development and maintenance of service plans and documentation
Supervise crisis intervention and review service plans
Ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery
Oversee counseling and discharge planning
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Report incidents in compliance with policies
Provide supervision, case conferences, and staff development
Staff Supervision & Personnel Management
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training
Manage schedules and timekeeping
Conduct performance management and disciplinary actions
Facilitate staff meetings and collaboration
Ensure safety and workplace compliance
Address employee concerns and HR matters
Monitor attendance and FMLA
Oversee administrative operations
Property & Asset Management
Maintain accountability for program property
Report and investigate damaged or missing items
Approve purchases and ensure maintenance
Conduct inspections of property and vehicles
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor service quality
Support program goals and agency mission
Coordinate audits and compliance reviews
Develop corrective action plans
Oversee program data reporting
Fiscal Oversight
Manage budgets and monitor spending
Approve financial requests
Ensure compliance with financial procedures
Monitor enrollment and revenue
Community Relations & External Engagement
Promote mental health education in the community
Maintain relationships with stakeholders
Educate staff and clients on engagement
Collaborate with external organizations
