What Your Day Looks Like:

Supporting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Acting as an extension of the sales team to ensure client needs are met
Providing coverage as needed when sales team members are out
Learning customer support workflows to maintain continuity
Helping manage renewals, client questions, and service requests
Identifying referral opportunities and future growth potential
Working cross-functionally to support sales and operational needs
Adapting to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
