Base salary, guarantee plus unlimited commission, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO and more! Our sales reps average income is $65,064. Top 17% over $90,000 for the year.

This position requires obtaining and maintaining all licenses (company paid exam fees) required by the State Structural Pest Control Board. Employment is contingent upon meeting and maintaining all applicable state licensing requirements.

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll build relationships and generate new business in your assigned territory.

Prospect and generate new commercial customers
Manage and grow existing accounts
Conduct property inspections and recommend service solutions
Prepare quotes and close sales in the field
Manage customers and grow your sales territory
Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in the field
Sales experience preferred (outside sales, service, or customer-facing roles)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Additional Details

Full-time, Monday-Friday + some Saturdays as needed

Local travel within assigned territory
