Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a UX Designer 5 to join their innovative team. As a UX Designer 5, you will be part of the internal tools development team supporting customer service, sales, account management, and marketing software. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for creating impactful user experiences, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: UX Designer 5
Location: Remote (candidate must work core PST hours)
Pay Range: $58/hr to $61/hr on W2
What's the Job?
Design, gather requirements, and create artifacts for internal tools development
Engage early with business teams and customers to understand their needs and goals
Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess design feasibility within constraints
Develop and modify user interfaces using scientific analysis and mathematical models
Coordinate system installation and monitor equipment to ensure specifications are met
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in UX design and UI development
Proficiency with Figma and experience in data-driven UI development
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related discipline
Experience working on AI-related projects is a plus
