Art Supervisor/Associate Creative Director

Seeking a hands-on Art Supervisor/Associate Creative Director for a freelance contract opportunity, this hybrid role will provide art direction and creative leadership across pharma/HCP campaigns while executing design work directly in Figma.
Key responsibilities:

Provide art direction and creative leadership across pharma/HCP campaigns and deliverables
Execute and refine design work directly in Figma while mentoring junior creative team members
Ensure consistency and quality of art direction across HCP-focused creative deliverables

Required qualifications:

Strong experience in pharma, healthcare, or HCP-focused advertising/agency work
Hands-on proficiency in Figma
Experience operating at both Art Supervisor and Associate Creative Director levels
Ability to balance high-level creative direction with tactical execution
Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction and design work within the pharma/HCP space
