Summary
The Marketing Manager, Latam will support the growth of the fragrance business across Latin America as the primary marketing partner for distributor markets. The role drives strategic marketing initiatives, product launches, communications and elevated consumer experiences while managing budgets and ensuring alignment between global priorities and local execution.

Responsibilities

Act as primary marketing contact for distributor partners across Latin America and support annual marketing plans and launch strategies

Manage co op marketing budgets, calendars, timelines and program recaps for distributor partners

Develop and support in store events, client experiences, retailer activations and launch support programs

Partner on PR, influencer and communications strategies and coordinate local communications plans

Conduct competitive analysis, launch recaps and distributor business reviews to identify growth opportunities

Lead collateral forecasting and allocation planning for launches, sampling and gift with purchase programs

Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, E Commerce, PR and training teams to ensure consistent brand execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing or product management experience

Experience within beauty, fragrance, luxury or working with distributor partners in Latin America preferred

Proven budget management, project management and analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong relationship management

Fluent in Spanish and English

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
