Managing a portfolio of existing SMB customers, the full-time Customer Growth Account Executive will drive revenue through upselling and product adoption while primarily working remotely with occasional field visits in assigned territories.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities
Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position Toast's product offerings
Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required qualifications
2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
Strong full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and effective closing techniques
Consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
Self-motivated and resilient with a growth mindset
