What You’ll Do
Makeup Artistry

Deliver personalized makeup services for events, bridal, photoshoots, and special occasions

Customize looks based on guest features, preferences, and comfort level

Educate guests on product use and maintenance when appropriate

Maintain sanitation and kit cleanliness standards

Guest Experience + Front Desk Support

Greet guests warmly and set the tone for their visit

Support booking, check-in, checkout, and guest flow

Assist with phone, email, and booking platform communication

Help maintain a calm, organized front‑of‑house environment

Support stylists and team members during busy service periods

Assist with guest transitions and experience continuity

Help maintain retail presentation and guest areas

Contribute to social content, events, or guest experience initiatives when needed

Requirements

Valid NY Esthetics or Cosmetology License (if performing makeup services requiring licensure)

Makeup portfolio (bridal, event, or editorial preferred)

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred

Strong communication and organization skills

Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
