Lead Video Technician: Live Broadcast & Event Producer

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a Lead Video professional to manage and support all video production for ETS events, including directing broadcasts for ESPN and YouTube. The ideal candidate will possess strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and be capable of creating show graphics.
Responsibilities include directing video shoots, instructing technical staff, and maintaining video production equipment. A background of 3 to 5 years in live or studio television production is preferred, along with robust communication and organizational skills.
