Position Summary: The Department of Development & Alumni Engagement at the University of Wisconsin‑Platteville is accepting applications for a Corporate Relations Coordinator who supports corporate and foundation engagement efforts by coordinating and implementing programs, events, and communications that advance institutional priorities. The role assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of corporate and foundation engagement and giving strategies, while serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This position also monitors engagement activities and metrics to support relationship development and inform strategic decision-making. This is a 12‑month, full‑time, benefit and paid leave eligible position, with a salary of $55,000 per year.
Key Job Responsibilities

Lead coordination and implementation of the campus‑wide Corporate Engagement Program.
Design, deliver, and evaluate new and existing corporate and foundation relations events, programs, and communications materials.
Monitor site visits with internal and external corporate and foundation stakeholders to assist in multi‑unit collaboration.
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of corporate and foundation giving strategies.
Identify opportunities for improvement or new development.
Serve as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering questions, and providing information about established programs based on set material or standards.
Collect, analyze, and monitor corporate and foundation relations metrics; compile and disseminate information to appropriate stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in program coordination, external relations, fundraising support, corporate engagement, event planning, or related work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, events, and tasks.
