Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using software such as

Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD , or similar platforms

Produce

2D drawings, 3D models, and construction documents

based on project requirements

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure coordinated design and model integrity

Perform

clash detection and model coordination

using tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360

Ensure model compliance with

BIM standards, company protocols, and project specifications

Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models for project planning and estimation

Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and field changes

Assist in developing and maintaining

BIM families, templates, and libraries

Support project teams during design reviews, coordination meetings, and construction phases

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in BIM modeling or drafting

Proficiency in

Revit

(required); knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks preferred

Strong understanding of

building systems and construction processes

Ability to read and interpret

construction documents and technical drawings

Familiarity with BIM standards such as

LOD (Level of Development)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a specific discipline (Architectural, Structural, MEP, or Civil)

Knowledge of

BIM 360, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), or similar platforms

Experience with

point cloud modeling, laser scanning, or reality capture

Basic scripting or automation skills (Dynamo, Python, etc.)
