Asher is looking for an Event Coordinator / Promoter to help grow our community presence throughout the Chippewa Valley and Coulee Region.

Essential Functions

Leading event teams

Coordinating exciting community events

Connecting with homeowners

Help build one of the strongest home improvement brands in the region.

Represent Asher at retail locations, community events, trade shows, fairs, festivals, and promotional events

Train, schedule, and support Brand Ambassadors

Help generate qualified leads for our Sales Team

Research and book new event opportunities throughout the territory

Coordinate event logistics and booth setup

Build relationships with event organizers and community partners

Help create fun, engaging experiences for homeowners

Promote premium exterior remodeling products with professionalism and enthusiasm

Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture

Qualifications

Someone with strong communication skills

Positive energy and confidence interacting with the public

Someone organized, dependable, and self-motivated

Supervisory experience or the ability to motivate a team

Comfortable working evenings and weekends for events

Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory

Preferred Experience

Experience in promotions, events, retail, hospitality, marketing, or customer service

Team coordination experience

Home improvement or remodeling industry knowledge

Compensation

$24$28/hour starting pay
