Residential Outreach Specialist
The Virtual Residential Outreach Specialist will provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound telephone and email; answering detailed questions on all program guidelines for increased enrollments. Assist callers with request for Program services, status checks and document inquiries and complaints. Research information in Program database and data enter caller information/updates into the Program database.
Responsibilities
Introducing the Energy Saving Assistance program and explaining this free benefit to the customer
Explain the enrollment process and collect all required documents
Educate the customer on tips and tricks to saving energy
Skills
Excellent, consistent attendance
Increasing levels of energy program competencyEnsure efficient daily work by remaining on task and managing time effectively to meet all Program set production goals
Excellent written communication skills (grammar and punctuation)
Provide excellent customer service by treating all fellow employees and customers with respect
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a customer service environment
1 year of experience in an office environment performing administrative duties
2 years of experience in a call center environment
