Responsibilities

Convert walk‑in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through engaging product presentations and exceptional service

Provide prompt, warm, and professional client service to optimize the client experience and drive sales

Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow‑up

Coordinate intake of repairs and alterations and maintain timely communication with clients regarding status

Work collaboratively with boutique colleagues and leadership to meet business targets

Support visual merchandising and boutique standards as directed

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays

In‑store, front‑of‑house presence required to deliver elevated client service
