Tennessee Notary – Digital Reporter ($22-35/hour)

We're building a network of commissioned notaries public to support remote legal proceedings as Digital Reporters. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor role — work remotely, set your own hours, and earn on your schedule. Digital Reporters manage Zoom sessions, assist participants with basic technical issues, and help ensure accurate transcript capture.

What You'll Do

Facilitate Zoom depositions with professionalism and composure

Troubleshoot basic tech issues (audio, screen sharing) for attendees

Administer oaths and manage on/off-the-record moments

Follow procedural scripts to keep proceedings consistent and accurate

Maintain confidentiality throughout each session

Requirements

Active Notary Public license in Tennessee

Must be physically located in Tennessee while performing notarial acts

Strong internet connection and quiet, professional workspace

Video-enabled computer

Available during standard business hours (M–F, 9 AM–5 PM local)

Comfortable with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools
