Graphic Design volunteer

What You’ll Do

Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives

Create promotional materials for events, webinars, and chapter programs

Develop presentation templates, event collateral, and branded marketing assets

Ensure designs align with AMA New York and AMA brand standards

Collaborate with volunteers across programming, communications, membership, and sponsorship teams

Help bring new creative ideas to life and elevate the chapter’s visual presence

What We’re Looking For

Experience creating digital and print marketing materials

Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar platforms

Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work

Bonus Skills

Motion graphics or animation

Experience designing for events, nonprofits, associations, or professional organizations
