Part-Time Styling Assistant
Location: NYC (in-person support required)
McKey Terrell Styling is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive

Part-Time Styling Assistant

to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for style, a knack for organization, and a love for both the creative and logistical sides of fashion. You’ll assist with client styling sessions, help manage digital platforms, and provide day-to-day support to keep the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
●Assist during styling sessions: organize clothing, take photos, track outfits, and run for alternate sizes as needed
●Maintain and update platforms such as ShopMy, Substack, and internal content documents
●Research and source shopping links that align with the MTS brand aesthetic
●Support light social media tasks including posting, drafting captions, and sourcing imagery
●Create collages and visual assets in Canva
●Edit newsletters, blog posts, and client-facing documents for clarity and voice
●Manage scheduling, client to-do lists, and general organization
●Anticipate needs and help set up the business for success

Skills & Qualifications
●Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
●Good taste and style sensibility aligned with MTS aesthetic
●Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools)
●Strong writing/editing skills
●Familiarity with Instagram, Substack, and ShopMy
●Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
●Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
●Bonus: experience in fashion, editorial, marketing, or personal assisting
Details
●Part-time, hourly position, paid
●In-person work in NYC required (some remote tasks possible)
