Job Description: Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Platforms & Integrated Payments team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role is highly cross‑functional and requires strong aptitude for short‑term execution of product launches while building and selling a long‑term vision with our customers.
Lead a fast‑paced cross‑functional team that has the permission and mandate to think big, working at the intersection of strategic product roadmap decisions and a massive market transformation for our customers.
Shape the Platforms & Integrated Payments narrative in the market, ensuring that we innovate, create and stand out.
Own end‑to‑end product marketing for our rapidly expanding Optimization and Payouts suites to partners, including defining the vision and strategy for driving attach rates and usage.
Build rigor and process for multiple product launches, increasing awareness, usage, adoption and revenue to and through our ISV partners.
Create and continually refine product messaging that focuses on value to the customer and their end‑merchant customers, differentiating us in the market.
Identify ideal customer profiles and build highly targeted messaging for our priority market segments and personas.
Collaborate with the GTM Enablement team, including third‑party service providers, to ensure all market‑facing teams are trained and can speak effectively about the challenges buyers face and how we can solve those problems.
Partner with Product Management to influence the product roadmap and inform product development and delivery.
Gather, synthesize, and disseminate market and competitive intelligence throughout the organization in an actionable way.
Leverage win/loss analysis to create change that better meets the needs of the market.
Represent the voice of the market/customer in internal discussions.
Lead, manage, and mentor a growing cross‑functional go‑to‑market team.
Qualifications

Experience as a product marketing leader who has owned and driven impactful go‑to‑market strategies at rapidly scaling tech companies.
Relationship‑driven, creative, and possess a high level of execution, building trusting relationships across product, marketing, sales, and more.
Use data and customer insights to make decisions, lead with empathy, and infuse the Voice of Customer into all work.
Top‑tier product marketer with playbooks for messaging, positioning, customer stories, ROI models, ICPs, and other foundational elements for a go‑to‑market strategy.
Ability to move fast, make an impact, and be both scrappy and polished.
Deeply cares about the team, peers and partners and is relationship‑first.
Strong sense of personal responsibility and ability to get in the weeds with the team.
Highly articulate and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated direct management experience with product marketers, both internal and across third‑party service providers.
Values diversity, equity, inclusion and embraces and prioritizes them as part of the culture.
Clear communication across all levels of the organization, including business leadership and clients.
Payments, FinTech or Financial Services market experience is ideal.
Ambitious, driven towards excellence, and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Compensation

For this full‑time position, the good‑faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $108,200.00 – $163,400.00. The actual starting salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and education.
