Role and Responsibilities
As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and the Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals through various formats—from a single event to a long-term journey of growth. You will engage with people from diverse backgrounds and contribute to a positive studio culture. Regular studio hours apply, with events on some weekday evenings and weekends that you will need and want to attend with your students.
