Description
The YMCA of Greater St Petersburg's Dance Academy is looking for qualified, reliable dance instructors in tap & hip hop for all ages & levels for our growing dance program. Y Dance Academy (YDA) is a large non-profit dance program offering classes in all genres, including an award winning competition team, technique classes, and a large end of year performance for all students. Students have the option of pursuing dance competitively or as a recreational passion.
We will be creating the schedule for next season based on availability, including days/times/locations.
Requirements
Instructors must have previous experience teaching a variety of dance genres to all age levels.
References are required and videos of past work preferred.
Part-time schedule with afternoon availability during the week. Program day/time may be flexible around candidates' schedules.
All instructors teach technique classes as well as choreograph for the end of year performance.

The candidate will work at one of YMCA Greater St. Petersburg locations depending on schedule
Pay & Perks
$18.00-$22.00/hour, part-time. Free YMCA membership for self and discount for household family members.
