Position Overview
Junior Graphic Designer

– Creative/Marketing Division – West Palm Beach, FL

Support all company divisions by creating layout‑driven materials (brochures, multi‑page collateral, cut sheets) and graphic content for social media and collateral. Work directly with Creative Services Manager and team members to maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create brochures, multi‑page collateral, and cut sheets using existing styles and templates

Design visual layouts and graphics for social media and collateral using Adobe Creative Suite

Collaborate with the Creative Services team and other team members

Review all work through a thorough quality control process before submitting

Maintain company brand standards

Format and update PowerPoint presentations as needed

Stay up‑to‑date with current trends in graphic design techniques and software

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including character/paragraph styles, master pages, and style sheets

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)

Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate strong layout and design skills

Creative thinker with strong communication, design, and problem‑solving skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (or willingness to learn) and basic familiarity with Microsoft Word

Detail‑oriented and quality‑minded

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Ability to work with a team in a fast‑paced environment

Willingness to learn additional skills and grow within the position and department

Minimum Requirements

Up to 3 years of experience as a graphic designer or similar position

Associate degree in graphic design or related field preferred

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Additional Experience (Plus)

Microsoft PowerPoint

Project and event photography

Image editing experience

Knowledge of production and preparation of files for printing

Experience in engineering, construction, survey, landscape architecture, or architecture industries

Physical Demands
Work performed in an office setting, requiring hand‑eye coordination, use of a computer, keyboard and mouse, telephone headset for virtual communication. Extensive sitting, use of hands/fingers, voice, and vision requirements as described.
