Children's Dance Instructor (Part-time 2-5 hrs/week)

Role Description

This is a part-time position (2–5 hours per week) located in St. Cloud, MN, with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for some work-from-home tasks. As a Children's Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching fun and creative dance classes for children, designing engaging lesson plans, and ensuring a positive, educational, and energetic class environment. You will play a key role in fostering a love for dance and movement in young children while encouraging confidence and personal growth in a supportive, inclusive atmosphere.
Qualifications

Dance Instruction and Teaching skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young children
Strong background in Dance and Dance Education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children, parents, and team members
Creative mindset with an ability to design and deliver engaging dance lessons
Reliable transportation to travel to class locations in St. Cloud, MN
Previous experience teaching children or working with youth is strongly preferred
