Position Summary
Promotions Assistant responsible for marketing and event coordination, planning, coordinating, and execution of events to support daily activations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all activations and events are successful from beginning to end.

Drive station vehicles to and from activations.

Manage promotional inventory, such as banners and equipment.

Develop and execute event promotion strategy in conjunction with management.

Create social media content as needed.

Perform other office duties such as reception coverage.

Develop and train team members.

Oversee display set‑up for events and trade shows and coordinate breakdown.

Maintain regular and efficient communication with management.

Perform other job‑related duties as required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience building strong business relationships and influencing senior/executive management decisions.

Customer‑oriented mindset.

Self‑initiating with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and provide solutions.

Leadership mindset.

Organized, dependable, dedicated, and detail‑oriented team player.

Ability to work evenings, overtime, and weekends.

Valid driver’s license required.
