Role Overview: "The Narrative Unit"
The

Podcast Team

is the storytelling heart of IHF’s media division. This team works at the intersection of leadership and digital media, producing long‑form audio content that dives into the philosophy of our work. By recording and editing conversations with the CEO and global leads, you help humanize our data and inspire a worldwide audience.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast Production:

Assist in the scripting, recording, and post‑production of CEO podcasts and leadership interviews.

Content Repurposing:

Identify high‑impact audio clips to be used by the Social Media and Fundraising teams for global campaigns.

Library Coordination:

Manage the storage and organization of audio assets within the Media Box for use across all 40+ IHF teams.

Leadership Training & Mentorship:

Develop and lead training sessions for new members on "Interview Narrative Structure" and IHF’s specific brand voice.

Qualifications & Requirements

Storytelling Flair:

A passion for narrative‑driven content and digital media trends.

Technical Interest:

Basic knowledge of audio recording and digital storytelling (specific training on IHF software will be provided).

Project Management:

Ability to coordinate recording sessions across multiple international time zones.

Ideal Background:

Excellent for those in

Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, or Public Relations .
