Framers

All Access Builders LLC is seeking experienced Framers to join our growing residential construction team in Western New York. We specialize in custom homes, additions, full-scale remodels, decks, garages, and covered patio structures. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and want to be part of a team that manages projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Perform residential framing for customer homes, additions, and utility structures

Interpret and work from blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications

Layout and construct floors, walls, ceilings, rafters, and complete roof systems

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other framing materials with precision

Ensure all framing is square, level, plumb, and structurally sound

Install beams, headers, joists, trusses, and sheathing in accordance with plans and code requirements

Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and timelines

Identify and communicate any discrepancies in plans or site conditions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times

Follow company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

Requirements

Prior residential framing experience preferred (2+ years strongly preferred)

Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and construction documents

Proficiency with standard framing tools and equipment

Strong understanding of basic construction methods and building practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

High attention to detail and measuring accuracy

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Reliable transportation to various job sites throughout Western New York
