You Are

A trustworthy individual, eager to learn and grow. Hands-on, field-oriented, technically inclined, and curious about how things work.
You Have

Experience on construction sites, ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power and hand tools. Steady work history (3+ years), pleasant disposition, high emotional intelligence.

40 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)

Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
Mount devices (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading)
Build and lace equipment racks
Advanced setup and configuration of devices
Network troubleshooting
Complete programming of Lutron, Control4, Crestron, Savant (basic skills applicable)
Preferred Background

AV Installation (Residential & Commercial)
Security Installation
Low-Voltage Cable Pulling
Managed Services (MSP)
Electrician (HV or LV)
