About the Role
Phaedon is seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Product Marketing Manager (On Call) to help accelerate growth for our loyalty technology platform. This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Strategy, owning how we position our platform, bring new capabilities to market, and translate product innovation into clear customer value.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building go‑to‑market strategy, enabling sales teams, crafting compelling messaging, and uncovering market opportunities through research and insight. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how Phaedon competes, grows pipeline, improves win rates, and strengthens our presence in the loyalty, customer engagement, and analytics space.

This is a variable‑hour, on‑call position ideal for an experienced professional seeking flexible, project‑based work.

Location
We are open to remote candidates for this position, within reasonable proximity to our office in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood as they may occasionally be asked to attend in‑person events.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for new product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives

Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across core audiences and industries

Translate product functionality into compelling business outcomes for prospects and clients

Partner with Sales to create enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, demos, objection handling, and talk tracks

Collaborate with Marketing to support Bottom of Funnel (BOFU) campaigns that drive demos

Refine ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, purchase triggers, and segmentation strategies

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities

Gather customer and market feedback to inform roadmap priorities and product strategy

Ensure consistency of product narrative across website, proposals, presentations, and customer communications

Track launch performance, win/loss trends, adoption metrics, and commercial impact of marketing initiatives

Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to drive alignment and execution

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree AND 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related roles OR 8 years of experience without a degree

Experience in marketing SaaS, MarTech, loyalty, CRM, analytics, or adjacent technology solutions

Proven success launching or repositioning mature products in competitive markets

Strong ability to simplify complex products into clear, differentiated messaging

Experience supporting sales teams through enablement programs and asset creation

Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success

Ability to work cross‑functionally

Must be comfortable operating in a lean, growth‑focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing customer loyalty, rewards, CRM, or customer engagement platforms

Background in travel, hospitality, or retail

Experience in private equity‑backed, high‑growth, or scaling organizations

Familiarity with pricing strategy, packaging, and commercial planning

Experience partnering closely with Product Management teams

Knowledge of win/loss analysis, voice‑of‑customer programs, and buyer research methodologies

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is estimated to be: $52.00 - $75.00 per hour.
